The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wendy's (Glendale, AZ) in June 2012
Interview
I arrived there about ten minutes early but it took about 35 mins to get an actual interview. I thought that was pretty unprofessional of the manager. And believe me, she isn't the first to use her mother in law as an excuse to be late. It was hardly an interview apparently she was already looking to hire me. But the place looked like they would hire anyone. I got hired full time so I believed she was understaffed.
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Wendy's (Mendoza) in May 2026
