Interview
I applied online to Wendy's in August 2017. I had to text a number to get my interview with said Wendy's. Got my interview the next week and spoke to GM. After my interview I had to call to see if I got the job. I did and I started filling out my paper work. I also did my training and my manager told me how much I was going to make. I only made 7.75 an hour.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Wendy's (Hamilton, ON)
Interview
Was pretty hard to get an interview.Had to visit the store 3 - 4 times. Once i got the interview, process was straight forward. They asked some basic questions and asked availability as I joined as a part time employee.

Interview
They were very much thorough in their interview. It seemed much more formal than other fast food restaurants. The manager was quite accommodating and kind, and seemed genuinely interested in my answers throughout the interview.

Question 1
"Why Wendy's, and not another place such as Burger King?"
Fairly standard. The interview took place in the dining section of the restaurant, and the store manager asked a list of common interview questions. Overall, the interview process was good and not too difficult.
