I have worked in the fastfood industry for over 13 years including for Wendy's in the past (twice), never had to do an application online, well went online today to apply for a job at Wendy's, completed the assessment and was told I did not quailfy. I'm understanding what these assessments are looking for, I'm a hard worker, reliable, go the extra mile to complete the job, have plenty of experience, but because of an assessment I can't get a job. Get rid of the assessments Wendys, I would rather meet the people that are applying face to face

Question 1
The questions on the assessment where common sense
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Wendy's (Mendoza) in May 2026
Interview
1 primera entrevista virtual y grupal para mostrarnos prestaciones y como sería el trabajo (duro Max 30 min) y una segunda entrevista virtual personal con la gerente y dos personas más de recursos humanos.
