There was none really. It was pretty straightforward. Back in the day you could just walk in, fill out an application and start working soon after. Now you HAVE to apply online.

the process was straightforward - i met with the manager and was asked basic questions about myself and my job history. I was asked about my customer service experience in particular.

It was average fast food chain type of interview, it was easy & asking basic questions like availability and cashier experience. You’ll pretty much get in if you can do basic math
My interview process with Wendy’s was straightforward and friendly. I was contacted quickly, asked about my experience and availability, and the conversation was relaxed and welcoming. The interviewer explained the role and expectations clearly.
