Walked in. They gave me a QR code and asked if I had experience as a cashier before. I applied and then called then asking for an interview. When I interviewed they just wanted basic information about my schedule and flexibility and willing to work in a team
My interview process with Wendy’s was straightforward and friendly. I was contacted quickly, asked about my experience and availability, and the conversation was relaxed and welcoming. The interviewer explained the role and expectations clearly.
Quick interview with basic questions about customer service experience, food prep experience. Interview was 1:1 with a supervisor, who was respectful and clear. Wanted to know about availability and previously booked vacation.
