Pretty much asked the basic questions. It was easy and they hired anyone. Basically was what’s your availability and hours you’re willing to work. The more open the better. I also heard that it depends on where you work at but they’ll ask why you want to work there.
My interview process with Wendy’s was straightforward and friendly. I was contacted quickly, asked about my experience and availability, and the conversation was relaxed and welcoming. The interviewer explained the role and expectations clearly.
Quick interview with basic questions about customer service experience, food prep experience. Interview was 1:1 with a supervisor, who was respectful and clear. Wanted to know about availability and previously booked vacation.
