I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wendy's (Lima, OH) in Mar 2015
Interview
Short & to the point. Very easy. Entire process maybe took a week. I called back about a week later and was offered the job, and had orientation a few days after that. First few days on the job mostly consisted of online training, like many similar jobs nowadays. The manager just pulls you into the lobby and interviews you one on one, at orientation another manager brings all the new hires together.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very basic questions, such as previous work experience, why you left former employee, ect.
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Wendy's (Mendoza) in May 2026
Interview
1 primera entrevista virtual y grupal para mostrarnos prestaciones y como sería el trabajo (duro Max 30 min) y una segunda entrevista virtual personal con la gerente y dos personas más de recursos humanos.
