Just a discussion about your experiences and what you've done. Its very casual and they mostly hire based off of personality. They usually do 2 interviews, but I was hired after one. On some interviews they will take you to lunch and chat about the industry.

Quick interview with team lead, hr, and 2 other managers. Trial day. Nice bunch of people. 12 hour shifts didn't agree with my home life. Good work life balance 👌

Basic personality questions. I just chatted with the interviewers. Not much talking on my end. More so just some general questions and overview of the job. Pleasant experience. Interview was about 1 hour
