3 step interview. Interview with an hr manager. Then with branch manager and then with district manager. Oh and after step 2 you do like an hr and half long survey
Fairly standard interview process. Phone interview with HR recruiter. Called to come in for Face to face interview with HR recruiter. Completed formal application prior to HR Interview. Interview with Banking Center Manager. I must say the process took too long. I wasn't called for my first interview for at least a month!
