Wesley Willows Corporation interview questions

Called me for a interview made a offer of 8.50. I have overy 6 yes experience and that is the starting pay, oh and I was told you have to sometimes shovel snow.....lol no

I submitted an online application and received a call within a few days to come in for an interview. I was interviewed and received the job offer within 24 hours. Also, my interviewer showed up a few minutes late to pick me up from the lobby. This is common! According to one of my friends who worked there before me, he does this to try and make us more nervous and see how we work under pressure.
