I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Wesser (Croydon, England) in July 2015
Interview
Quick and simple - Women interviewing was very nice and friendly. She explained all aspects of the job - although unfortunately it was nothing as described. Possibly the worst experience of my life working with wesser. People i worked with were nice but the boss was a joke. Would never recommend this to anybody i know. Please DO NOT WORK HERE
Low stakes phone interview to check I knew what the job was and I was practically suited for it. Then group zoom interview to assess if your personality is right for the role.
I interviewed at Wesser (Crawley, West Sussex, South East England, England)
Interview
The interviews are really nothing to worry about, a lot of people have this as their first job, as did I, so they won’t be looking for any experience just your ability to speak to people and remembering some rules about fundraising that are very simple. They also ask you to make the pitch during training, also super easy so don’t worry!
I applied online. I interviewed at Wesser in July 2021
Interview
After passing a very simple phone interview you are put onto a day of training that functions as an interview. I thought it was cheeky that they did this as it would be a lot of work to do if you werent offered a job at the end of it.
