West Berkshire Council interview questions

It was an in person interview. There were 2 people, one was taking notes and the other asking questions. They were very nice and friendly. Asked about my journey and basic questions. They were direct about it being a short contract and also told me about how the council helps their employees.

Interview was held online with a strong panel asking relevent questions showing they clearly understood what they were looking for. This helped to make the role more interesting and clear and the questions were very relevent.
