West Central Behavioral Health interview questions

Brief phone interview with current HR Director. Then referred to meet CEO/Executive Director. She reviewed the current status of the organization, strategic planning in process and how my role fit with the Agency. I next met with the Executive Team who questioned me about my experiences, thoughts on various situations that this position would deal with, and ideas for recruitment. The process moved very quickly.

There was a first and second interview. Both were very causal and had your basic interview questions. The first one was one on one and the second had three people attend.They were very open to hearing and answering all the questions I had.
