The interview process has multiple different parts. They have a group interview with about 3 other RA candidates and then about 4 people interviewing each other RAs. There is also a group session with multiple RAs where you do a bunch of different workshops.

4 people group interviews with a discussion piece. Then a group work activity where you are judged on working with others. The second part seems useless but just try to show how you work in different situations.
