First is a screening process with HR, then panel interview and third process is a technical project . The process was very transparent and they are more interested in getting to know you as a person to see if you would be a good fit for the company. The technical project is a little tricky but nothing too difficult.
HR was so friendly and welcoming, made the experience a lot more easier and less frightening.

Question 1
The interviewers provided opportunities for the interviewee to ask questions about the company and the role.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at West Coast Financial in Feb 2022
Interview
I applied for the Analyst position through the WCF website and then went through three Zoom meetings for the interview process.
The first meeting was an initial screening interview with Kachina in HR. I got to meet her, learn more about the WCF culture/story, and elaborate on my story and why I was interested in WCF. It was very easygoing and a nice introductory interview for the job.
The second meeting was with four employees. I was given 30 minutes to talk to each one individually (2 hours total). This was fairly similar to the initial meeting with Kachina, where I got to learn each employee’s story and answered questions about my story, values, and beliefs as well.
The third meeting was a presentation and review of a technical project that I was assigned. I was given a week to prepare the project for the meeting. I presented to some of the advisors and then had to answer multiple questions from them. This was the toughest part of the interview process.
Afterwards, I was informed that they were finishing other interviews and would come to a decision soon. It took ~2 weeks for them to get back to me about their final decision.
Overall, I was very happy with the interview process. It was very transparent and straightforward while remaining thorough and professional.
