West Herts College interview questions

I was invited to interview with a panel which included the department head, and completed theory minute a teaching demonstration with a full class of students. I was able to choose my teaching topic and prepare in advance.

It was a group of people interviewing me who all seemed very robotic. They asked me questions about aspects of the role not even mentioned in the job role and didn't do follow up questions and just read off a piece of paper. They did a short, easy test beforehand to see my English and maths skills.
