The interview consists of two parts one is an assessment of typing and listening skills the second is an interview face to face. Decision was given on the spot. If you fail assessment but pass the interview you are allowed another attempt

Interview
Consisted of an assessment first which was typing critical thinking and dictation. Then was emailed for an interview. They asked questions as to why I would want the role and how I would deal with distressing calls.
Had a typing assessment and then a telephone interview and that was it. Asked what you know about WMAS and why you want to work here. Easy interview training is intense
