Question 1
What are the 3 financial statements and how do they connect?
Pretty straightforward. First recruiter screen, which I think was a phone call if I can remember correctly. Then it was onto the hiring manager/higher up, and that was a video interview of about 30-45 minutes.

Interview
I submitted an application because I met all of the Required Qualifications of the job description. I was contacted by internal Talent Acquisition at West Monroe, and we set up a phone screen. He asked me to give my 5-10 minute background of myself so I laid out my expertise, then he asked me if I had any specific experience with a certain sub-industry/domain and I said no but that I've ramped on new topics quickly in all of my previous roles so would be prepared to do so again. He said that experience was non-negotiable for the team then ended the call. No where in the job description is that stated, otherwise frankly I wouldn't have applied or spent time prepping for it. I sent email feedback stating they should add that to the required qualifications instead of burying it in desired, but the job description has not changed.
