Straight forward interview of question and answer of both technical and educational questions. This was followed by a 10 minute micro teach to current students. The subject and level was set in the interview brief.

Friendly but formal. One hour interview by the recruitment officer and potential line manager. They put me at my ease and were very positive. They explained everything that was going to happen before they started.
