Interview
The interview was decent, values based, however they didn't even bother to get back to me with the result. Even after chasing up two contacts, no one replied. I took the time to interview, they didn't take the time to even tell me I didn't get the job. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. I think that says a lot about an organisation... I would avoid, and won't be applying for anything else with this incompetent organisation.
