I have seen these microaggressions, on the other hand, allowing for plausible deniability, which fits perfectly with the passive-aggressiveness that is "Wisconsin Nice" In short, there are too many jobs not being filled and denied to talented and qualified individuals, unless you are LGBT.

I applied from indeed.com for Sales Reprehensive job on 7/2017. 2 weeks later I got first phone interview ( 45 minutes) . the interview questions are about my background and sales and customer service experience. 1 week later I took on site interview in Middleton, Madison WI. I met HR manager and team lead and talked to both of them .I got the job offer on the same day. I feel they are friendly and professional. I enjoyed the interview conversation. the young girl/team lead is very nice and patient. I didn't take the job offer, because the base salary rate is too low... my current job salary is a lot higher than they offered. I really like the office location /Middleton WI.

I applied through indeed and got a call back for an interview with Steve Heines. The interview itself was very easy because he made me feel comfortable. Some people make it a stiff interaction, but Steve was laid back while maintaining professionalism. He asked me a couple of questions, but otherwise it was me talking about my work history and related experience.
