Intense since mostly they will ask you about more about your technical knowledge in particular to the relation to the job you are applying for. They show their interest if you were able to answer them correctly and keep you posted immediately if you are moving to the next round. Doesn't put you down if you don't know the answer but rather they encourage you that environment are more open to learning as long as you are willing.
