West Virginia Northern Community College interview questions

They did not once mention that the job was Perkins funded which is a federally funded grant. I found out 4 weeks into the position. They were accommodating but did not inform me that in 3 years the college will need to be able to financially afford keeping me on as an employee...mind you they are in big trouble and are hanging on by a thread.
