The interview was with the HR manager and the technical manager. In some cases a couple of people from the team come along and ask questions during the interview. Not exactly a interview. Asked regular questions. Asked a behavioral question regarding conflict and how I handled it. Asked why I chose the company. Asked the classic “tell us about yourself”. Also asked something along the lines of if someone didn’t do the work they were supposed to (for example in a project) what would I do in that situation. Did a tour of the mill after.

Talked to a recruiter on campus and then resume was forwarded to several mills who could then contact those that they wished. Once talking to the recruiter did not hear anything for a while when I was told I would be contacted. Emailed the recruiter asking for a update. Everyone I know who has gotten a position at WestRock through our university's career fair had to hound the recruiter to hear what was going on and to keep their name relevant.

Company requested an interview following a brief discussion during career fair. Interview was the next morning, one on one with employer. Because this was a career fair type event, we were in a huge auditorium with 50 plus other companies also conducting interviews, so it was somewhat noisy and distracting.
