I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WestRock (Nashville, TN) in Oct 2015
Interview
Went into a booth. Sat down. Had an interview. Interviewer had a small packet in front of him with all the questions and ranking. Questions were separated by category: Adaptability, Leadership Skills, Time management, Initiative. All questions were "tell be about a time you demonstrated ______ insert category here" Interviewer would then probe based off answers. Kept resume close by so that he could match the answers up to resume. Didn't seem too interesting.
