The interview was held in a non professional manner. The director wanted you to be transparent. Interview process is a regular conversation that you would have with someone you didn't know at an outing event of some sort.

Applied on line (indeed.com). Called in that same week that I applied (sent in resume). Initial phone interview, then next day in person interview with C.O.O and various Dept Directors, each reviewed my experience in Career Services as a both a coordinator (externship, placement), Associate Director, and Director. What my personal career goal are currently as well as with Westech "if" they decided to hire me. Sat with Career Services Reps to get an overview of the dept activities.

Interviewed with COO, & various Dept Directors. Questions asked were geared toward procedure and process of the Career Services Dept, knowledge of compliance of files, placements, bench-marks, handling students/grads questions, PAC meetings, Student Workshops, Visiting Employer / Externship sites, tracking activities. Asked about department "Run-Rates" how to calculate them, how to calculate various activity rates (and percentages).

Interview
I completed my application process and was selected for an interview. I interviewed with the Chief Operating Officer and he asked me a series of questions. It was a very personal interview, he was excited to get to know me and what I was able to offer to the organization. Once the interview was completed, I was selected for a 2nd interview where I was offered the job.
