I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Western Alliance Bank (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Employer was open minded and straight forward about what they were looking for. It was definitely easy to answer questions without feeling intimidated or afraid of trick questions. Anyone who interviews with this employer I believe will have a good experience.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Western Alliance Bank (San Jose, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Two Onsite interviews with Hiring Manager. Interviews were pretty easy to get through, during each interview there were two interviewers. Easy questions asked. After both interviews, the hiring manager seemed very interested in me continuing the process, and coming to work for them. After second interview, hiring manager said she would contact my references, which seemed like it was going well. She did not try to reach out to my references, and then failed to let me know that they were not continuing with me. When I reached out to her, she replied with: I hired someone else, we are not interested in you. The email was very unprofessional, and I would expect something more from them
