This Interview was set up by a phone call to the hiring manager after a friend gave me his phone number. Before the interview the manager told me the place to meet him and it was a Chili's restaurant. We sat down and ordered our food and while we waited he had me fill out the hiring packet. Midway through the packet our food came and we ate. Then I finished the packet. He reviewed it, said that it looks good, and asked a few questions. He gave me the paperwork to go take a drug test and said "if you pass the drug test you can start Monday. I will call you in a few days and tell you" Then He paid for the Food and we Left.
