So sorry I accepted this job...but the interview was nice. I had a phone interview with video and they paid my travel and hotel to interview. They were super friendly but you MUST ask them what their requirements are for an on campus presence and whether probationary faculty can make appeals. Ask to see the policies yourself! I am SO sorry I took this job! It has been my worst experience ever as an academic.

Question 1
The interview questions were normal, but my teaching demonstration required answering a bizarre question of a political nature. But they wanted a teaching demonstration so I gave them that. They wanted to know how scholarly research had done something that it had not done, so it was a challenge, but I figured out a way to make a presentation in the general vicinity of their question.

To qualify as a student worker you must provide a SSC which can be hard to get if you are an international student. After this you will take your application to the financial aid office for approval and background check.

Great interview process. Asked to provide a demo classroom lecture to group. I was provided a web meeting invite so I could provide my PowerPoint and lecture to the group.
