Turned paper application in on Monday, was called in on Tuesday for and interview. Hired Wednesday and sent to class orientation Saturday. DM's are now closely involved in the hiring process. A sit down with the store manager comes first. If a 2nd intetview is required the DM will then question you.

You are in a tiny room and everyone needs something during your interview so you're interupted a lot
Nothing is shared about what you actually do...which everyone does everything . fine with me but a lot of people quit bc of it.
They don't mention the store you're hired in you will most likely move from
The DM interview was late bc he was an hour late. I waited .
