I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Western & Southern Financial Group (Cincinnati, OH)
Interview
Started with 20-30 minute phone interview. The next step was an in person interview that lasted from 9AM until 1:30PM. Met with HR for 30 mins and then the chief actuary and 5 AVP FSA actuaries. Each meeting was a half hour long with 1.5 hrs for lunch with 2 Analyst that would be in the same position I was interviewing for. This was to gauge a fit with potential team members. The HR interview went smoothly and a conversation was had. Not a single one of the other 5 interviewers showed any interest in being there. They each had their 5-6 "Give an example of a time ..." questions and that was it. Perhaps I was one of the last ones interviewed and their minds were already made up. Perhaps they didn't like my resume. Whatever the case was I didn't stand a chance and was done before I started. I received a generic rejection email from an automated email address. Not even from the HR rep I met and emailed with.

Interview
I applied through LinkedIn and the next day was scheduling for a phone interview. The phone interview went well and we scheduled an in person interview. The interview lasted from 8am to about 1pm with several different higher ups and then a lunch with employees. Everyone was very friendly and conversational. All of their questions were phrased like, "describe a time when...". They ended up going with someone who had more exams passed and the recruiter took the time to actually let me know if I had the job or not.
