I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Western & Southern Life in Apr 2012
Interview
Meet them at job fair, e-mailed me for interview. The interview is held at a branch with branch manager. The manager asked me about my view on finance, and how I interact with other people. What my strength is and how it can help me work. Also explain the benefits with me. They really need people at the time. So the interview was pretty simple. Be sure to know some of the company's culture, it will help you impress them.

Interview
I got cold called a day after applying, got directed to fill out a logic quiz, then they never responded, not even to reject my application. Despite being a university graduate, the interviewer had lots of questions about what I did in high school.
Easy and really informative very straight forward but also long. They also kind of sell you a fake dream though and are not straight forward on salary. It is an okay interview process but again difficult and not really straight forward.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Western & Southern Life (Cincinnati, OH) in Feb 2025
Interview
I liked it. Very smooth and they were very clear about what is expected of you. They told me that it was very demanding and wasn’t going to be easy. From the gate, it’s selling selling selling.
