Very casual, they still want to see experienced people, but care more about personality since it you will be interacting with guests. Also asked about problem-solving performance. If you met the operations manager or general manager, it usually is a good sign they like you and want to hire you. It is ultimately up to the operations manager or general manager to determine whether they hire you, so be extra nice to them!

when you faced a challenging situation at work and how you handled it?
Generally straightforward, some extras due to corporate before and after hiring. Company drug tests for hard substances, so no problems with that. One interview and then received an offer. I am not sure response if they are not interested in offer.
They ask about customer service experience and give on the spot scenarios. They usually take you on a tour but not always. When I interviewed, I had five years of customer service experience, but even without the experience, new people should be fine. This has to be thirty words.
