Westin Restaurant Chef interview questions

had a phone interview for approximately 30 minutes asking me about why I wanted to join the westin and questions about my skill and what i could bring to the company.also was i willing to work any shift at different times or was i restricted to doing so.had an interview the following day with human resources which was about an hour long.finally met with the chef who made me an offer.
