I applied online. I interviewed at Westport Properties (Newport Beach, CA) in Apr 2026
Interview
A 15-minute phone interview with recruiter, behavioral assessment, and then interview with hiring manager/team if they decide to move you forward. This was all that the recruiter told me. The recruiter's tone was very dry, monotone, and detached...so it wasn't a good first impression of the company.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. What skills have you gained that are related to the role? What are your salary expectations?
Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your initial interaction didn’t leave a strong impression. That’s certainly not the level of engagement we strive for. We appreciate you calling this out and we'll be sure to pass this along to our team so we can continue improving the candidate experience.
Initial interview screening with a recruiter. A follow-up interview with the hiring manager and team. The interview was more conversational and talked about the role, the company, and the overall fit.

Question 1
How would you rate your experience with excel? What are your strengths and weaknesses? How would you describe your ideal manager? What does the typical workday look like for you?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Westport Properties
Interview
1 phone screening call and 1 panel interview. Both were done remotely.
The turn around response time was extremely quick, like within a week from the first phone screening interview to being offered the job.
