I was initially sent a rejection email about 2 weeks after applying and then a link to an online test 2 days after the rejection email. The test contained a mix of technical and behavioral questions. Six weeks after the test I got an email for the first Skype interview with the Head of Development, a very pleasant guy. The interview lasted 57 mins and I enjoyed talking with him. Three days after the first Skype interview I was invited for a second interview with two people (a Senior Software Engineer and an Engineering Manager) which initially wasn't very smooth because of connectivity issues. Six days after the second interview I was invited to a third Skype call by the Head of Development to discuss my salary expectations and to answer any question I may have and I received an offer two days after. The interviews were more like brainstorming sessions than actual interviews, the interviewers were really friendly and were always giving hints and tips and we had a lot of laughs. They all did ask an awful lot of database-related questions though.

They give me a live coding testing from testdome which i passed, after one week they scheduled me for a technical interview through skype, the funny thing was that the developer that interviewed me wea less skilled, haven't understanding of technical things such as multitenant web applications, queues and queues workers, amazon sqs and other stuff. The job ad alsow was paid relocation, the suspicious thing is that they have technical teams in Germany and Poland, i applied for a job in Germany, i was said they searching for someone to create warehouses/inventory software which is described in php jobs ad with relocation in Poland. Different countries with different wages and job laws. Just a waste of time.
