I met directly with the CEO of the company. I found the gentleman to be very business-like and not overly expressive. He stuck closely to the nuts and bolts of what they were looking for, my experience, etc. therefore I would say expect a pretty "standard" interview. There were no questions that threw me. We went over my resumé, discussed the role, what the challenges were etc. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. The work environment at Wetstyle is very beautiful as the building is brand new with lots of natural lighting. I was invited to return but I concluded that it was not quite the right fit and the commute was somewhat long. This could be a very nice opportunity to work in a company that is manufacturing interesting products.
