I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wexler & Associates in Mar 2015
Interview
I was greeted by the receptionist and asked to wait in a conference room for one of the associate engineers. I was interviewed by a calm associate engineer. He asked questions very casually, made me feel comfortable. Questions were efficient instead of something like "what is your greatest weakness?" I was then interviewed by a second gentleman, the owner of the company. Asked Betty technical questions with no patience. I didn't mind, it seemed like it was to avoid any BS answers.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wexler & Associates (New York, NY) in Feb 2016
Interview
The interview took place in the metting room of the company. I received a follow up email almost two weeks after the first interview. I talked with the hiring manager and then I was interviewed by the boss of the company.
