There was a very high focus on safety and management of team environments. Sought out various personality and integrity traits from questions asked during hiring process. The hiring process was not lengthy and received an offer over a phone interview.

First had to send in a one way video interview that had around eight questions, than invited on site for interview with three team members who asked a variety of questions mostly dealing with safety an leadership.
