Interview
Behavior based questions, panel interview. Questions were very interesting but all focus was on behavior instead on job knowledge. Safety was a prime focus, and it was obvious. A clever candidate could easily sway the interview his or her way with catch phrases and examples which emphasized safety as a priority.
