I used to have a hard time with this one, so I hope the following will help someone in the future: Strengths: Attention to detail, extensive customer service experience, always willing to help, ensure things are completed timely and followed through when needed, great work ethic. Weakness: Public speaking, Sometimes too detail oriented, Work-aholic, Self doubt/Self-criticism, Take a lot on my own/hesitant to ask for help Always indicate how you may be working to improve your weaknesses.
