Company decide to enter Malaysia market and looking for local candidates to establish the company. Interviewer sets time and location at a hotel in KL but arrived 1 hour late. Founder of the company came together with interviewer, does not seem to have interest with fresh graduates and does not even respect the interview process by fiddling with his phone listening to voice recordings made by kids (assuming is his kids) from messaging apps.
