Interview
The interview process was not difficult or complex. It was straight to the point and you knew if you got hired right away. It was easy and the questions were not difficult.
They'll schedule an interview with you and have you come in to the restaurant to talk with them. Mostly just asking about prior experience or why you are interested in the position.
Very easy very basic questions. Usually asks availability, if you have transportation, if you're in school or have another job to work around. Any specific days you need off. Nothing crazy
Did not get the job, was not old enough and so they could not legally have me on as a team leader, but otherwise I was qualfied and they were pretty friendly with me
