I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Whatfix in Apr 2020
Interview
The process started post COVID and it was one the best process I had given. There were around 5 rounds in total. First round was an online test hosted on HackerRank to test basics on html, css, java script and aptitude. Post that there was an ice breaking voice call discussion on general topic. Then a Tech round, followed by managerial and HR round.
There were more than 500 applicants and at the end around 5 were selected.
First round OA, followed by two technical interviews and HR at the end. Technical was easy asked basic questions on js, css. Both rounds were for almost 15mins. Difficulty level was easyy.

Interview
Whatfix’s interview process starts with an HR screening, followed by an online test covering JavaScript and aptitude. Technical rounds assess DSA, React, and problem-solving skills. Final rounds focus on system design, scenario-based questions, and cultural fit. Product demo tasks are often included for roles like Solutions Engineer.

They stick only to web development basics like html , css and javascript . They tell us to implement javascript using inspect like change button color etc . The focus is on way we answer ir communication.
