Interview
The hiring process is broken, and the HR team often comes across as unprofessional. They lack the basic courtesy to convey updates, instead choosing to ghost candidates after multiple rounds of calls and meetings. While it’s understandable that a candidate might not be the right fit or that budgets may change, communication and transparency remain essential.
It’s unfortunate to see the culture deteriorating and becoming tainted as the company grows.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There’s no structure to the interview process. They conduct a rigorous background check, but when it comes to offering support or providing clarity, it drops to zero — making it one of the most bizarre experiences.
The recruiter was super toxic. I had the right qualifications and was a good fit for the role but she tried to low ball me. That's not even my primary concern, at the end of the call, my self-respect was shattered, I questioned my skills and experience and I hate myself for going through the full call. Condescending tone. Whatfix is looking for AI robots for CSMs and not people who can work effectively with their customers. The TA will play 4D chess with you. You're not that great a company, feet on the ground please.

Question 1
Your experience and more importantly, why your skills mean nothing to them. Entire call was condescending.

Interview
The HR was extremely nice and helpful.
But the interviewers themselves were bad, I had a manager who in the name of stress test over extended by an hour and kept asking unreasonable and plain dumb things
