Could be an option if the salary proposition is high enough.
The interview process:
- Phone call with recruter (~30 min).
- System design (it was an ordinary iOS tech interview). On that call interviewer, in general, asked only a few questions. Rest of the interview we're discussing a tremendous amount of bugs in the iOS app.
- Software design (it was a coding interview, design and implement an analog clock within the given assets.).
- Product design (discussed high-level things, e.g., how would you show 1k items).
- Get at least 3 recommendations from ex-colleagues.
- Culture fit with CEO/Founders (IMHO at this level of the company size that was weird.)
As result after call with the CEO/Founders was rejected with no explanation at all. Recruiter only mentioned that they didn't like me 🤯
