Wheaton Door & Window Co. interview questions

Phone interview which took about 30 minutes. After about a day or so they set up a training class and then i travelled for immediate training in Beltsville Maryland. Tire training took a total of five days to complete at about eight hours of class in a day.

Came in for 2 sit downs with the Owner & General Manager. Our discussion was light but serious. I was not made to feel uncomfortable at all. Both men listened to what I had to say and what changes I thought may benefit their vision for where their company was headed.
