The requirement was niche and my profile did not match the requirement accurately. But, I was given a chance to prove myself. There were four rounds of interview, the first being a usual telephonic round, then a face to face discussion on my profile and experience and then panel interview and final one was skill test. Each round was unique where I feel my interest level, seriousness, my knowledge in HR and problem solving skills were tested. Final round was challenging as I was tested on my ability to learn and pick up skills/tools.
