I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Whiskey Cake (Friendswood, TX) in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. They offered to do orientation the next day. Talked to two managers but it wasn’t anything to be intimidated of. In the interview they ask a lot of questions about your past jobs and how they would relate to this job
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Whiskey Cake (Fort Worth, TX) in July 2024
Interview
I came with 20+ years of experience, so the interview felt more like a meet and greet, which I thought was a breath of fresh air. I didn’t get a lot of experience/knowledge questions, which I appreciated, and we focused more topics like customer experience and building regulars.

Question 1
They asked about my two most recent jobs, what I liked about them, and why I left each one.
Short interview process, fill out paper application. Ask specific questions about whiskey and wines. Explained a lot about the restaurant and set up a second interview. Nice interviewer, but questions were different and not usual "interview" questions, so keeps you on your toes.
