Met with HR first and then went to stage at the restaurant, first with a brief interview with the chef. Spent a few hours working the line and hired by the end of the night.

Interviewed with two managers. First one was the beverage manager and the second was the general manager. Personality was a heavy criteria followed by experience and knowledge. I got the interview from simply walking in between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., which is standard for restaurants.

Was asked to fill out an application first thing. Once complete, I engaged in a one on one interview with their human resources director followed by a trial run in their kitchen the next day.
